3. How long are the meditations and trainings? How much time should I plan for this challenge?
Each meditation and training session will be about 10-15 minutes. You can make big changes in less than 15 minutes a day!
4. How long will I have access to the meditations, bonus trainings, and Facebook group?
You will have lifetime access to the meditations and bonus training. The Facebook group is a pop-up group and will only be open for the duration of the challenge. The Facebook group will open up a few days before and will be open until a week after the challenge to allow for questions and discussion to finish.
